A partir de la correspondencia entre Luis José Chorroarín y Bernardino Rivadavia se indagará la representación del bibliotecario como erudito. Se rastrearán las huellas de las lecturas medicinales en la escritura de Chorroarín para justificar su postura sobre el horario de atención de la Biblioteca Pública en 1812.

From the correspondence between Luis José Chorroarín y Bernardino Rivadavia the representation of the librarian as scholar will be explored. The footprints of medicinal readings in Chorroarín writing will be traced to justify his stance on the opening hours of the Public Library in 1812.
